The Arts Network of Harrisburg is intended to be an informational and networking site for the arts community in the Harrisburg Area.
We (The Arts Network of Harrisburg) reserve the right to approve only the images best representing the member and The Arts Network of Harrisburg. Submittal of work does not guarantee inclusion and acceptance to our website does not guarantee inclusion of all pieces.
Members agree to indemnify and hold The Arts Network of Harrisburg harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, damages or other losses resulting from: (a) the display of his/her images; (b) the use of the artist's images by The Arts Network of Harrisburg for any authorized purpose.
All submitted images are copyrighted material belonging to the respective member. Members expressly grant to The Arts Network of Harrisburg the right to use the member's images for promotional purposes such as print materials, display at The Arts Network of Harrisburg events, and display at participating venues. Any third-party use or reproduction these images, without the member's written permission, is prohibited.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions the members expressly acknowledge that membership is not intended to be construed as an agreement of representation by The Arts Network of Harrisburg on the artist's behalf.
